How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and follow up. If we work together on a project, we retain relevant correspondence and project information for a minimum of seven years in line with standard business record-keeping obligations.

Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or misleading
